Laz watched in shock as the fae gave the other wolf the third-degree. Shaking her head in utter surprise she turned back to watch the brute. So the wolf has a mate? The males response kind of in a way surprised her also. Did he really think of himself as a gentile wolf? In no way could his gaze be censured as gentle. She did not like the way this wolf had come upon them with the hunger in his eyes, but she would not turn away another wolf. So she let herself listen as he finished his ramble about them judging him Pardon my acquaintance here, for I think she has taken a fever. I am sorry if my initial impression was a little reserved. I agree that I may have been to quick to judge you.Laz looked at the female with questioning eyes. What had made her so unlike this animal when he had just met them? She had not meant that he had come to take advantage of them, but try to win them. For she knew that a wolf like him, would have a hard time with a fae as large as herself, let alone with her and Snowdrift. She also decided that she should probably clarify that.
I did not mean that you would come and ravage us, Savion. I thought you might simply be interested in one of us. I did not know how long you have been watching us. How long have you been watching us, brute?

Snowdrift was angry...Or frightened. With a big sigh she apologized. "I'm sorry Savion, but, my past experience with males, err dark males, have been terrible..." Snowdrift held back her snarl.. This was the closest to brutes, other than Alpha Diacus, she had ever been. The female listened to her inner voice. 'Honey, don't be afraid, it's fine.' Maybe she should take this to her brother. 'Run Snowdrift, you cannot be in this position again, 'member dad?' Snowdrift shivered, Snowy Paws was right, of course.

Savion listened to the apologies he was given, but still was very much deterred by the two. He didn’t have time for this. He wanted something to eat, damn it. You hungry? Me too! Why dontcha steal a piece of their flesh for us? A little nip? Let’s play a game! Tag! Tag! Tag, tag, ta- Savion shook his head as the words bounced around like the hyper puppy excitedly rambling about stealing a morsel of wolf. It wasn’t the pup’s job to tell him when to pacify the Inspirer. When the hunger rose then the Inspirer would say which wolf, when, and how. For now he’d continue to try to get on the good sides of the wolfess’. They’d be his ticket to his next meal whether they led it to him or he’d be able to get a taste a flesh from a quick bite. The lowly wolf eyed Lazli as she gave a clarification of what she had meant. It was not needed in Savion’s mind. The two words were the same. “No, no, no. You see, they are the same. Taking another against her own will; I’m pretty sure the definition suffices under both terms. But you may not fear. Though you both have the most elegant, lean muscled bodies I have ever seen in my times of wandering, I would not claim a female in such a way that is in contrast to my beliefs of love.” A creepy little smile arose as Savion thought about his feisty Endra who said nothing at the moment. “As to how long my eyes have been blessed with your forms, I would say a mere few seconds before I decided to meet with you two. His eyes went from the both of them and then rested on Snowdrift. “My sympathy to your preceding encounters with other dark chaps. For I am only dark in that on first encounters apparently, I give off an aura of distrust. But I urge you once again not to fear, for reliance can be placed upon me with the utmost honors.” He gave another humble bow after resting his tongue. Easing nerves was never something he specialized in, but it could be attempted for the sake of food.

Lazli eyed the brute and let her bodice relaz and inch from where it was strung so tightly at the sight of this wolf. . . She also did not quite know what to make of a dark wolf. She had no real expierence with them other than if the meant dark in nature, as in bad attitude and bloodlust. Then the female who called herself an Alphess was obviously in this group... She did not know whether this wolf was dark or not . . he seemed to have dual personalities. The one he held inside, that also held that nasty gaze of his, and the one he spoke with, for they did not seem as if they could be one. Letting loose a sigh, Laz looked once more at Snowdrift, she was terrified by this wolf, and her terror was quickly becoming anger she saw. She hoped she would not have to interfere with anything here.
She had not the right attitude to deal with to arguing wolves or fighting ones. She was seeming to get annoyed at this conversation. She might have said it had something to do with the nagging in her gut or the simple churning of her stomach. The large hare she had managed to bring down earlier seemed to not fill her raging torments inside.
I see that now my explanation was a little more square than I would have liked, but, ah, well we have come to the understanding that you do not want to ravage us. So do you mind my asking what it is you do want? I highly doubt you came to join some fem's gossip hour.It didn't matter that the two of them weren't gossiping but getting to know each other. The had met for the first time. She looked back at Savion after her long study of Snowdrift. I didn't think to thank you, for your gracious comments on our formsShe let herself linger on the word. She had caught the way he said their forms as if they were nothing, but forms. He did not compliment on looks or grace, but their lean, muscled bodies... She wondered why he was studied their bodies. . . that hungry look in his eyes had not faded so she frowned as a thought crept into her mind Perhaps he is studying to find out whether you are good to eat? Lazli laughed at the thought inside her head. Shaking her head, she said [color-limegreen] Does anyone feel like a meal?

She almost growled again, when she heard the word dark. She knew, deep down, he was a dark, but she had proof. The fae backed up a little, her tiny form dwarfed by the two towering above her. She felt like a pup again. She watched as the other fae relaxed. Obiosly Lazli didn't have former experiance with darks, esspacially dark brutes. Her hackled arose, she was tense again. Snowdrfit's auds pricked up at the sound of the other's voices. She stayed silent, not wanting, nor knowing what to say. "Lazli, a meal sounds wonderful." She replied, her eyes never leaving the brute. She was still on guard.

What did he really want? By coming to speak with two other wolves? Was it really a crime to do this? In any other lands this question would be overlooked by his friendly mannerisms, but it seemed that he was going through a background check before he could pass through the border. What should he say? That he was indeed very hungry and wanted to steal from them? Steal! Steal! Stea- Tell them the truth, dear. You’ve come for food and seek the aid of other wolves. Such thing is neither a lie nor a confession. Savion was still a bit unsure. Only alphas seemed to be able see right through him, and he wasn’t interested in having a normal wolf know that he was hungry. Either for prey or wolves. These two words also shared the same meaning in his crazed head. Lazli went on to speak about his comment on their forms and then move on to ask if anyone wanted something to eat. He ignored her previous question as he was growing suspicious of her. The subject of hunger was agitating him. He didn’t want to participate in a hunt, he wanted to survey one and swipe it. Dontcha worry Sav-eye! I’ve gotcha a little plan… He listened to the pups excited words and took them into consideration. It was a plan he’d be willing to try. “I am also in a sporting mood. May I suggest we set off to look for game? I’ve got myself a proficient sense of tracking, if I do say so myself…” … perhaps not the most ingenious thing to say, love. Endra’s words were unheard in Savion’s mind.

Lazli sighed as she watched the fae once more grow rigid at the word dark. She shook her head before turning back to the brute. The most proficient tracking sense, huh? Maybe he was tracking the two of you in the first place? Laz felt like hitting her head on the side of a tree when the thought stuck her. And why would he have done that? The reasonable side of her asked. Perhaps he is more than he seems. . . Finally, she just blocked all thoughts from her head for the time being. She had no intention of giving the other wolf a hard time, but maybe she was being to lax with the wolf?
Shrugging to herself she answered her maw to answer the brute after he spoke of moving. Perhaps we should. Do you know of any places of quality game? She examined the wolf under her icy scutiny. She was looking for any sign of outward aggression. She had stopped altogether being supicious of Snowdrift the minute the fae had begun talking to her. Not because she didn't feel threatened, but maybe because she was dressed in form like herself and she seemed to have a soft disposition. She let her mind wander as she stared at the brute in reply.

A smirk subconsciously came on his face as ideas fluttered into his head. Well now, leading them into pack lands might be a good idea. Who is the fastest one among them? Is it not I? The ones with the lightest feet leave the lightest tracks. he laughed as he zoned out to the world around him. His past encounters with these new lands came back into mind in visual pictures. The amount of game was taken into account though he was slowly beginning to sway to the speakers in his head. Here is actually a very nice place for quality game. The deep voice hushed the others into silence and Savion’s eyes went wide in horror. If I could suggest… he gave a rough shake of his head making a bit of his fur ruffle and with a bit of dust fly into the air. No wolves. Just ungulates and the like. Not now. It was too early for- I hunger…
His eyes looked back at the two, but with a greater fire than before. He was hungry and his mind made the two look almost sickly. They had wounds all over them and flies tempted him as they licked at their open cuts and scars. Someone began to speak for him. “Here is actually… a very nice place for quality game…” his eyes glanced at the deep pool, another plan brewing. He walked away from them, sniffing the shrubs below them as if tracking game. In his mind, however, he was inhaling their scent again. They were so sick. Their muscles were ripe for him to harvest. He froze as the voice controlling him spoke more words to him. In a moment his head snapped to look at the deep pool again. “You see, loves… prey is attracted to water…” His lean paws trotted over to the deep pool with a strange fascination. ” Come beside me… by the water… loves…” His last words ended in a sneaky, seductive hiss, wishing to lure then to the deep water.

Laz watched the brute move to wards the water. Snowdrift kept quiet in her little perch beside her. She had seen the look in the wolf's eyes before he turned to wards the shrubbery and moving to the water. He had the look back. And she was felt the air of threat move around her, just like when he had first come over. She bristled her fur, the hair around her scruff had stood on end and she felt a growl growing in her stomach. She decided here and now that she did not like this wolf and would not go any where with him. Before she thought it had just been Snowdrifts imagination, but now she thought she was beginning to feel what she had felt all along.
I am not in the mood for a hunt at the moment actually. I have eaten a hare previously this evening. I feel that it is getting too dark any how. All game has probably retired to its abode. Laz watched the wolf and took in the look of his body against the sunset. He was a wrangly wolf, but that did not make him less a threat. He was still a male she did not trust. He couldn't see the snarl upon her lips for his back was to her. But he still beckoned for her to come next to him at the water. She wouldn't go. She didn't want to be any where near the other wolf, she did not want his sickeningly odor rubbing off on her. She would definitely report this wolf to Diacus as soon as this wolf left her sights she would call for him.
If you want to hunt I'm afraid you will have to count me out. My stomach has had a change in heart and I fill actually full. She backed up a bit to sit on her hind legs, before letting the snarl on her face to leave. She had left it out of her voice, but she knew he could probably still hear the dislike and contempt dripping off it like a melting icicle.

Snowdrift listened as he tried to lure them closer, closer to the deep water. She listened to their conversation, even Lazli was getting paranoid now. Snowdrift was damn pissed now, she had tried to tell themshe was uncomfortable, but they hadn't listened to her, and know, she left her sanity behind.. He was pissing her off. A lod growl, then a snarl erupted, and she showed her fangs, she wouldn't run like a coward like she did with her dad.. She pounced, her white body in the sky, and tackled Savion. She hoped she had pushed him in the water, but she wouldn't know, her eyes were firm tight.. She was terrified, but her body was moving it's slef.

The mood had changed once the feeling on sinister intentions had finally settled among them. Savion stared directly in front of him. Not caring too much of the water infront of him, but of the wolves behind him. His voices had placed a metaphor together in that once they came toward the water, they would be his prey. He once called Lazli backed out of hunting and Savion was displeased by it. Why wouldn’t she come to the water? Why did she have to make it difficult, as they all did. His fascination with the water had given way to plans formulating within his head. The wolf called Lazli was a wolf with collected intelligence to her. Not that she was smart per se, but that she could feel the madness just oozing from his pores. The other wolfess, Snowdrift, had seen this too and was also quite smart, but seemed to let her emotions take over her. Pacifying her and playing cool was no longer an option, it would be time to break them. Just when one made a move. Said more words to send messages to his brain. Then he heard muscles twitch and bones strengthen, one of them was leaping.
He sprang quickly, as he would surely have broken a leg if the wolfess full weight had pressed upon him. But the momentum was enough that he couldn’t get fully out of the way and was pushed himself into the deep water… His form submerged into the pool. Its heat bubbled below him and for a second he did not move. There was a stand still in his mechanisms as he body seemed to rewire. The Inspirer calculated and then paws began to paddle franticly, managing to surface the demented wolf. Savion spat out water and gagged in the moment he was able to. The wolfess had had enough, huh? He’d see about that. “YOU JUDGE… wrongly of me!” he urked up, as he stood beside the pool. His short coat drenched and giving a smell of thawed death to the area.

Lazli watched the fae lunge at the male. She bit back a growl as the female nearly missed her target. Although her actions did manage to get the other wolf a bath. Her nose wrinkled at the smell of him. She let out a howl before moving her teeth back down into a snarl. Her ivories glinted in the midday sun as she watched the brute. She hoped he would not do anything stupid. She did not want to fight, but she would allow no harm to come to the other fae nor to herself. She got down in a fighting position before replying to the other wolf's accusation.
I can smell you, wolf. Remember? The scent of you does not lie, however much you may.Laz let her words drip with the hatred she had begun to feel for this wolf. She moved her tail down to a lower position as she stood as to help propel her if she needed to move. Either to attack or to defend. She would be ready. She knew how to fight and how to win. Plus the odds was in Snowdrifts and her favor. Two against one did not seem like a fair fight, but they were two females against one male. She felt comfortable in this fight. She did not let her guard down, but she felt oddly unthreatened. She let her eyes flash in her anger. She looked at Snowdrift in a quick glance and before staring back at the male. She seemed alright, but she would ask anyway, Snowdrift, Are you alright? She shook her head inwardly. The fae could have gotten herself killed. He could have turned and taken a plug out of her and mangled her something fierce. He also would have hurt himself, in addition to her hurting him with her attack, but the fae did not seem to think before she reacted.

Snowdrift gazed at the male, he was soaking, perfectness! She listened to the others vocals, but no longer was she listening. Her thoughs dragged her to her father. Her brother, her ex-mate.
"Snowdrift, are you okay?" Asked a voice as the white wolf snapped out of her thoughts. "Yes I-I'm fine." she would reply. The wolf stood where she cowered, and backed away from the male infront. "Get away from me....why are you here? What do you want!?" She begged, as she kept up gaurd. Lazli was now in fighting post, and she moved into the same postition. A loud howl echoed as Snowdrift opened her maw and squealed, calling for....for....mercy.[/sup]
