Inferno smiled gravely at Jinx, "I-I'm okay...Just a..bad dream."He told her, his voice low, but could convince one that he was fine. He rubbed his maw against her head as if to say, don't worry. The brute shook his head, and resumed licking his still bloody paws from the deer the caught hours before.
Inferno couldn't identify the emotions he was having towards Jinx. He was deep at thought with them, raging inside his brain. Another thought he had, was he hoped that the bad dream of his and Desidero's fight never came back.
"I hope winter takes it's time this year, it'll be brutal." Inferno told her, truthfully.

She softly sighed as he spoke and nodded carfully at his words. She gently licked her bloody paws as she heard his last words echo to her. He was right, and she knew it. She nodded softly, understanding.
It will be terribly brutal this year... she added gently as she rested her head down on her front leg, her maw gently resting against his leg. She huffed out a breath, as another soft breeze ruffled her fur.

The brute nodded in agreement, it would be the harshest winter he had seen.Inferno came from a warmer climate, and this was sure fire to be cold. He glared at sky, daring the heavens to pour out the frosty flakes of doom. He couldn't believe he was being so nice, to a neutral fae. He smiled, relaxed at Jinx.
"What's the next step to surviving?" He asked her, this really random question. He didn'y want to say anything to drive her away, because one half of his brain was saying; She's your only friend!! Keep her don't blow it again Inferno!!"
